Terms of service

Eligibility: The referral program is open to all registered users of the app made available by Buy Moonshots, Inc. (“Moonshot”, “we” or “us”) that have the most recent version of the app installed, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Code Sharing: Each eligible user can use the app to generate a unique referral code (“Code”). Users can share their Code directly with friends, family, or other persons with whom they have an existing relationship.New User Requirement: The Code can only be used by new users who are downloading and registering for our app for the first time. Existing users or those who have previously downloaded the app are not eligible to use the Code, even if they have not previously used any other user’s referral code to register.

Offer: Participants will be eligible to receive a reward (“Reward”) in accordance with these Referral ToS for each new user that redeems a Code (a “Successful Referral”). Both the original participant and the new user may be eligible to receive Rewards in connection with a Successful Referral. While supplies last, each eligible user and the user whose Code they used for a Successful Referral will receive up to $100 of memecoin tokens (“Memecoins”) from a predetermined pool of Memecoins made available by third party sponsors (the “Pool”) based on the current market price of the Memecoins.

Odds of Receiving Rewards: Probabilities of distribution from the Pool are as follows; provided that we reserve the right to prospectively adjust the Pool and the following probabilities from time to time:

• 90% chance to win Memecoins then-currently valued at $1
• 5% chance to win Memecoins then-currently valued at $2
• 4.9% chance to win Memecoins then-currently valued at $10
• 0.1% chance to win Memecoins then-currently valued at $100

DISCLAIMER OF VALUE

Memecoins are not investments or assets and do not have any intrinsic value. Memecoins are not offered in expectation of or reliance on any future increase in value. The price of these Memecoins is extremely volatile and may change at any moment. Memecoins are generated and provided by our third-party sponsors, and not by Moonshot, and you agree that Moonshot shall have no liability to you in connection with your use of or inability to use any Memecoins.

Token Limitation: The total amount of Memecoins available as Rewards is limited. Once the token pool is exhausted, no further rewards will be issued.

No Purchase Necessary; Alternative Method of Entry: No consideration is necessary to earn any Rewards. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY AND NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. You can also enter to win Rewards by legibly hand printing your full name, complete postal address (including zip code), home telephone number,  e-mail address and the words “Moonshot Rewards Entry” on a plain 3” x 5” card or piece of paper and mailing it with proper postage affixed in a sealed #10 envelope to: Buy Moonshots, Inc, ATTN: ATTN: Moonshot Rewards Team, at 1117 East Putnam Avenue STE 164. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per stamped outer mailing envelope. You will receive one (1) entry for each completed eligible mail-in entry received, subject to the entry limitation stated below. Each mail-in entry must be postmarked by October 15th, 2024. We assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries or mail. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible/incomplete entries are void.

Identity Verification; Reward Delivery: To claim Rewards, users must pass KYC/AML checks to verify their identity for security and fraud prevention. Upon verification of both users’ identity, the new user and the original participant will both receive Rewards.

Misuse and Fraud: Any misuse of the referral program, including but not limited to creating fake accounts or other fraudulent activities, as determined in our sole discretion will result in disqualification from the program. Accounts involved in such activities may also be subject to suspension or permanent bans from the service.

Void Where Prohibited: The referral program may not be used by any user residing in a country or jurisdiction where such a promotional giveaway would not be permitted. You are solely responsible for determining whether you are eligible to participate in the referral program.

Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our official website or app.

Acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy: By participating in the referral program, users agree that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by to the Moonshot Terms and Conditions, which are hereby incorporated herein by reference, and have read and understand the Moonshot Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data collected in connection with this Referral Program will be handled.
